【〈葵風・伊兵衛〉純米大吟釀 鬥瓶取原酒】榮獲金獎!

Our sake brewery’s “Kifu Ihyoe Junmai Daiginjo Shizukuishi Genshu” was entered into the “Australian Sake Awards 2022”.

A total of 196 brands of sake from Australia and overseas were entered, and after 65 Australian judges judged the sake, it won the gold medal in the Junmai Daiginjo category!

This sake was created by the president and brewmaster of the producer, Hayashi Sake Brewery, Ihyoe Hayashi, use 28% of Hyogo’s “Yamada Nishiki First Class Rice”, which is made from refined rice, and we put all of our brewing skills and energy into making the best sake together with the brewery staff in the cold winter.

After the new sake was brewed in March this year, the pulp was allowed to mature slowly at low temperatures for six months before being pressed and bottled.

这款酒是由生产商的【林酒造】之社长兼酿酒师【第十二代 林伊兵卫】,使用精米步合28%的兵库县产【山田锦 一等米】,在寒冬里与酒厂员工一同,倾注自己所有的酿酒技法与精力,打造出的至高臻品。

新酒在今年3月酿制完成后,让酒浆的低温下缓慢熟成6个月后才进行压榨装瓶。
