第76屆【全國茶葉品評出品競標銷售會】開幕

The 76th annual “National Tea Fair Tea Bidding and Sale” was held in Kyoto.

It had been a long time since I entered the venue, and I was surrounded by a nostalgic atmosphere.

Many people looked at the teas on display with great care, searched for teas they liked, filled out a bidding ticket for the price they could win, and put the ticket in a common bag.

The types of tea on display included: yu-lu, milled tea, sencha, crown tea, deep steamed tea, steamed yu-green tea, kettle-fried tea and kettle-steamed tea.

The first prize has five seats as follows

First prize: Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award

Second prize: Director-General of the Agricultural and Forestry Bureau Award

Third prize: Chairman of the Japan Tea Association Award

Fourth prize: Chairman of the National Federation of Tea Producers’ Associations Award

Fifth prize: Chairman of the National Federation of Tea Merchant Cooperative Associations Award

While tea drinking and consumption has been changing in recent years, we believe that the tea tradition itself will be carried on and linked from generation to generation.

In a sense, both tea and sake can be enhanced by good maturation, giving them a deeper flavor and aroma and achieving a better level of flavor.

原本一年一度的第76届【全国茶叶品评出品竞标销售会】因为疫情,时隔3年再度在京都举行。

进入会场,被一种怀旧的气氛所包围。

很多人都很认真地看着展出的茶叶,寻找自己喜欢的茶叶,在竞标票上填写自己可以赢得的价格,并把它放在一个普通的袋子里。

展出的茶叶种类有:玉露、碾茶、煎茶、冠茶、深蒸茶、蒸玉绿茶、釜炒茶和釜蒸茶。

总共设有5个一等奖,分别为:农林水产省大臣奖、农产局长奖、日本茶业中央会长奖、全国茶叶生产者组织联合会长奖、全国茶商联合会合作协会主席奖
